Kombucha-Making Workshop (Online)

Join us on our journey to become better environmental stewards during RethinkWaste’s 2021 Rethink Recycling Day event! A hands-on learning workshop all about kombucha taught by the amazing guest teacher, Lila Volkas, from Kombucha to the People! In this workshop, we will learn about fermentation and flavoring, with the necessary materials to get started on your kombucha journey.
Participants will receive one home brewing kit (limit one per household) free of charge. Kits must be picked up prior to the event from the San Carlos Library (610 Elm St.) during designated hours. Additional pick-up details will be provided in event registration confirmation.
