Online Workshop Sessions:
- Green Stormwater Infrastructure & Managing Urban Stormwater: Tuesday, December 8, 2020, 8:30am – 12:30pm
- Provide landscape professionals with an understanding of how stormwater and urban runoff impacts the watershed and community.
- Demonstrate the benefits of Green Stormwater Infrastructure control measures.
- Provide maintenance strategies and troubleshooting for GSI.
- Present local GSI guidelines and maintenance checklist.
- Reduce Waste & Create Habitat: Using Natural Systems as a Model for Enhancing Biodiversity: Thursday, December 10, 2020, 8:30am – 12:30pm
- Provide landscape professionals with an understanding of how landscapes can mirror natural systems to reduce waste and create habitat
- Recognize the importance of biodiversity
- Understand how to use native plant communities and natural cycles as models for built landscapes
Workshop Costs:
- Both Workshops – $150 member / $160 not-yet-member

These workshops will focus on the Sacramento Region of CA for case study examples; however, we welcome participants from near and far!
