San Mateo Arboretum Society: Help Prune Central Park’s Rose Garden

| Come to learn or share your expertise on how to prune roses. Heavy rain cancels. This is a free event in which you will contribute to the beautification of San Mateo’s beloved rose garden. No experience is necessary. Volunteers from the San Mateo Arboretum Society will be on hand to instruct beginners. Light refreshments will be provided. Dress warmly and bring pruning shears and gloves. Reservations are strongly preferred so we can plan for the number of attendees and we will also send a reminder.
Location: Central Park Rose Garden – meet at the gazebo.
Family Activity: This is a family activity! Children ages 13 – 17 are welcome with accompanying adults.
All volunteers will be required to sign a Volunteer Release and Waiver of Liability.
