CALIFORNIA COASTAL CLEANUP DAY Volunteer to cleanup a beach or creek on September 25, 2010. All you have to do is chose a local cleanup location, show up, and cleanup! All materials will be handed out when you arrive at 9am and the cleanup goes until noon. Schools participating in Coastal Cleanup Day is easy with a special Friday option. Banana Slug String Band FREE Musical School Assembly Program Schools Book Now! With a lively combination of music, theater, puppetry & audience participation, the Banana Slugs duo present a musical adventure about storm drains, recycling, & keeping our water clean! Shows are 45 minutes long, are appropriate for grades Pre-K-6, and meet State Content Standards.
